What you'll do

• Onboard new customers: configure C-Edge ERP to their factory's processes.
• Train factory teams — from owners to floor supervisors — on daily use.
• Migrate data (masters, orders, costing) and validate it against source records.
• Be the customer's trusted guide through go-live and early adoption.
• Feed real-world customer needs back to product and support.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years in ERP implementation, product onboarding, or customer success.
• Ability to explain software clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong organisation to run multiple implementations in parallel.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed.

Nice to have

• Exposure to apparel/garment manufacturing operations.
• Experience implementing ERP or CRM software.
