What you'll do

  • Support invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate vendor payments, records, and compliance paperwork.
  • Help run smooth day-to-day office operations and administration.
  • Assist with payroll inputs and employee documentation.
  • Maintain organised, accurate financial and office records.

What we're looking for

  • 1–4 years in finance, accounts, or office administration.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and basic accounting concepts.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and a proactive, dependable attitude.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with GST and Indian compliance basics.
